- 16 Rice cakes (see preparation on the package)
- 3 oz (80g) of uncooked rice vermicelli
- 1 Sliced carrot
- 1/2 cup of finely choped Boston lettuce
- Fresh coriander at taste
- 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
- 3/4 cup of Cooked chicken or turkey pieces
- Cooked shrimps (optional)
- 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
- Commercial peanut sauce
- Prepare the rice cakes as indicated on the package.
- Cook the noodles as indicated
- Put the ingredients to your taste inside and roll.
- Serve cold with peanut sauce.
