Ingredients
- 230 g scallops
 - 30 g dried cranberries
 - 2 teaspoons (10 ml) lime juice
 - 2 tablespoons (30 ml) orange juice
 - 2 tablespoons (30 ml) extra virgin olive oil
 - Salt and pepper
 
Preparation
- Chop scallops and mix with all other ingredients.
 - Serve on croutons or crackers.
