Scallop Tartar with Dried Cranberries

Ingredients

 

  • 230 g scallops
  • 30 g dried cranberries
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

 

  1. Chop scallops and mix with all other ingredients.
  2. Serve on croutons or crackers.
