Cranberry Rhubarb Pie
Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) cranberry sauce
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons (22 ml) cornstarch
- 3/4 lb (323 g) rhubarb sticks cut into 1/2 inch 2 cm (2 cm) pieces
- 1- 9’’ pie crust (22 cm)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375 ° F (190 °C)
- In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, sugar and cornstarch
- Add rhubarb
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
- Let cool completely.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
