Ingredients
- 240 g canned tuna drained
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) light cream cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) celery cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) dried cranberries
- Zest of half a lemon
- Pepper
- 3 whole-wheat ciabatta breads cut in half
- 6 leaves of romaine lettuce
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients except bread and lettuce.
- Garnish bread with mixture and lettuce.
