Tuna and Cranberry Sandwich

Ingredients

 

  • 240 g canned tuna drained
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) light cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) celery cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) dried cranberries
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • Pepper
  • 3 whole-wheat ciabatta breads cut in half
  • 6 leaves of romaine lettuce

Preparation

 

  1. Mix all ingredients except bread and lettuce.
  2. Garnish bread with mixture and lettuce.
