Ingredients
- 1 225 g (8oz) brie cheese
 - 1/3 cup (80 mL) cranberry sauce
 - 2 tablespoons (30 ml) brown sugar
 - 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) rum or orange extract
 - 1/8 teaspoon (0,5 ml) grated nutmeg
 - 2 tablespoons (30 mL) chopped pecans
 
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 500 ° F (260 ° C).
 - Remove the crust on the top of the Brie.
 - Mix cranberry sauce, brown sugar, rum and nutmeg.
 - Pour the cranberry mixture over the cheese and sprinkle with pecans.
 - Bake at 500 ° F (260 ° C) for 4 to 5 minutes.
